2ND TOYS FOR TEENS HOLIDAY EVENT

The Academy of Critical Thinking (ACT) is inviting sponsors and event partners for its 2nd “Toys for Teens" Holiday Event hosted by actor, Adrian Kali Turner (Bad Teacher, iCarly) to be held on Sunday, December 16, 2012 from 1p – 5p at Brunswick Zone XL located at 775 Cobb Place Blvd. in Kennesaw, GA 30144.
The Academy of Critical Thinking is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with four key program areas of focus that are designed to incite critical thinking, raise awareness, and cultivate community growth. The overall motto is to “Educate, Motivate, Stimulate, and Encourage” community members to participate in youth-focused initiatives. The effort is led by current Youth Ambassador and Spokesperson, Adrian Kali Turner.
“Toys for Teens” is designed to give the foster youth an opportunity to experience the holiday season with uplifted spirits and cheer. Activities are designed with them in mind. The holiday event will include performances by local teen celebrities and family-friendly gaming activities such as bowling and laser tag. As a result, the youth are inspired with joy, hope, and encouragement during the holiday season for a brighter future ahead knowing that someone cares for them, their safety, and more importantly, believes in them and what they can achieve.
Sponsors are invited to get involved by helping to achieve fundraising goals in order to help ACT continue their youth-based initiatives and programs in developing the skills, knowledge, and understanding needed to empower today’s youth towards becoming positive critical thinkers in the academia and everyday life so that they may successfully fulfill their dreams.
