DJ Dimepiece First Female Nominated for S.I.N. "Radio Mixshow DJ of the Year" Midwest Award

"I'm so excited to announce that I'm nominated for the 2011 S.I.N. Awards "Radio Mixshow DJ of the Year" - Midwest Region! I was also informed that I am the FIRST female to EVER make that category!"

"This marks a huge make within my career! During the S.I.N. New Music Programs Awards 7 year production, this is the first time I've ever been nominated, amongst the Nations' top Mixshow DJs!"

The awards are Thursday, December 1st in New York City! I hope to bring some hardware home!

Special thanks to the S.I.N. Awards New Music Program Staff and my peers that nominated. I'm truly humbled and still in awe of making the ballot. To be recognized for hard work and dedication as a Mixshow DJ in the Midwest Region means SO MUCH TO ME!

With feature comedians seen on TV networks from Comedy Central, HBO live, BET Comic, local Improvs, and Laugh Factory.

Laugh Your Pants Off Comedy will truly bring a smile to your face, and will bring meaning to why this cause is so important in making a difference in people's lives... as 2nd Chance Kids has their Mission Statement to provide Medical Aid and Life Enrichment for the community to orphaned, homeless, children of disabled veteran or children with a parent that is incarcerated.

This event will be giving proceeds to 2nd Chance Kids.
